Specially designed to meet mothers’ needs, the lactation packages each cover a specific period of a baby’s life. Each stage of breastfeeding comes with its own set of concerns, questions, and gifts. You can feel free to enjoy the breastfeeding counseling from the very beginning, starting with the prenatal package, or jump in at any stage where you have a need or concern.
Pre-Natal Counseling Package - for women in their third trimester
During our pre-natal counseling, we use this time to answer any questions you might have about feeding your baby, to examine any feelings you might have regarding breastfeeding, and to discuss any other concerns you might have regarding your baby’s needs.

Newborn Package
When your baby is born, I am available to assist you in the comfort of your own home in establishing a comfortable and successful latch-on and creating a healthy milk supply, learning your baby’s feeding cues, and answering any questions you might have.

Extended Nursing Package
As your baby grows, I can help you by answering any questions you might have, including the benefits of extended breastfeeding as well as what to tell your friends and relitives when they ask, “Is she STILL nursing??” I can give you information about proper nutrition for your baby, help you decide how long you want to breastfeed, how to pump and store your milk, and finally, help you with when and how to wean your baby.

Individualized Breastfeeding Counseling Sessions
For any problems that might come up during breastfeeding, including but not limited to improper latch, nipple pain and soreness, low milk supply, sleepless nights, etc.
